SEX CRIMES DEFENSE LAWYER 

Sex crimes are treated differently in the criminal justice system in Oklahoma and throughout the country.  Most criminal cases  are resolved through plea bargain negotiations.  Not sex crimes cases.  To successfully defend against a sex crime accusation, trial preparation must begin immediately!  While some of these cases can be resolved through plea bargaining, most cannot. 

Most criminal defense lawyers manage a high volume practice with the expectation that 90% or more of their cases will be resolved through plea bargaining.  I do not.  I am a trial lawyer.  I view every sex crime case as a jury trial--and prepare accordingly.  The sex crime accusation is an easy accusation to make and a difficult one to defend against.   The sooner you retain effective and aggressive legal representation, the greater the likelihood of success.
